When you use our Website to create an account, contact us, or submit information through the client questionnaire or other information collection tools available on the Website, we or our third-party service providers or suppliers collect and store the personal information you provide in our database(s). Personal information that you may provide through these methods includes identifying information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, purchase history, financial information such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information). When you choose to delete a client who you entered into the system, it will remain in a purged state for 30 days and then it will be automatically deleted from the system. When you cancel your subscription, we will keep your account and clients on file for 1 year. After 1 year, all of your clients will be deleted and your account will be deleted from the system. This gives you the ability to re-join and still have all of your client data available.

Information from other sources. We may also periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from other business partners, contractors (collectively, "Affiliates") and other third parties. Examples of information that we may receive from Affiliates or third parties includes: updated delivery and address information, purchase history, complementary products and offerings, and additional demographic information. If you are working with a financial professional who uses the platforms available on our Website, we may also obtain personal information about you that you have provided to the professional, if they choose to input the information into our Website.

We use various technologies to collect information from your computer and about your activities on our Website.

Information collected automatically. Information about your computer hardware and software is automatically collected by LEAP when you visit the Website. If you have an active account with us, you have the ability to review and update your personal information online by logging into your account using the login link at top of the screen. You can also review and update your personal information by logging into the LEAP Website using your unique username and password or sending us an email at info@leapsystems.com.

If you chose to terminate your account, you will not be able to sign in to our Website or access any of your personal information. However, if you chose to terminate your account prior to the end of your termination period, your account will remain active for up to 30 days if you change your mind and you can re-access all of your information. If you close your account, we will still retain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Website or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. You will be given the opportunity, in any commercial message that we send to you, to opt out of receiving such messages in the future. It may take up to 5 business days for us to process an opt-out request. LEAP's employees may send you other types of transactional and relationship e-mail or intra-application message communications without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
