When you cancel your subscription, we will keep your account and clients on file for 1 year. After 1 year, all of your clients will be deleted and your account will be deleted from the system. This gives you the ability to re-join and still have all of your client data available.

Examples of information that we may receive from Affiliates or third parties includes: updated delivery and address information, purchase history, complementary products and offerings, and additional demographic information.
